Dr Fykaa Caan received her MA in Marketing and Management for Designers and has completed a PhD. Part of The study pays particular focus at how celebrities influence fashion and their trends are diffused to consumers, resulting in them imitating their fashions. The research contains a case analysis of human brands as celebrities in fashion, such as David Beckham, Madonna and Run DMC (their impact on fashion, urban streetwear and hip-hop style) have been used to support development.
